The selections are completed on an annual, state-by-state basis. The final published Super Lawyers list represents the top 5% of the lawyers in the state, and no more than 2.5% are named to Rising Stars.
Acerra was selected for inclusion in 2020 Tennessee Super Lawyers in the personal injury category. She specializes in nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, healthcare liability actions, maritime law, personal injury and general tort litigation. Acerra attended The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and was admitted to practice in 2004. She is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Memphis Bar Association, multiple state bar associations, the American Association for Justice and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, the latter of which she has served on the Board of Governors since 2012. Acerra has served as Vice President for West Tennessee for the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association since 2017 and chairs its Women’s Caucus. She is also an interviewer for the Tennessee Bar of Law Examiners. Acerra has been selected to Super Lawyers for 2016-2020.
Arnold was selected for inclusion in 2020 Tennessee Super Lawyers Rising Stars in the personal injury and medical malpractice categories. She specializes in nursing home abuse and neglect, as well as medical malpractice and healthcare liability. Arnold attended The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and was admitted to legal practice in 2005. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee and is a member of the Memphis Bar Association and Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.
