Kyle Califf is a trial attorney who has devoted his career to representing injured individuals and grieving families in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Licensed to practice law in Georgia since 2012, Kyle brings more than a decade of plaintiff-side litigation experience to Jehl Law Group, where he now applies that background to cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect and other serious injury matters.
Before joining Jehl Law Group, Kyle founded Califf Law Firm LLC to serve clients in the Augusta, Georgia area, focusing on holding wrongdoers and insurers accountable when negligence causes life-changing harm.
Kyle earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he concentrated on tort law and personal injury and was recognized for public service with an Emory pro bono certificate (2010). He approaches each case with an emphasis on thorough preparation, clear client communication, and the kind of courtroom-ready advocacy that forces defendants and insurance companies to confront the real human consequences of their conduct.
At Jehl Law Group, Kyle is proud to join a team that fights to protect vulnerable individuals—especially elders—by pursuing accountability when healthcare providers and facilities fail to provide safe, dignified care.
